Fisherman's Crispy Coating

Ingredients:

• 1 egg
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup rice cereal, crushed
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1/4 cup cornmeal
• 1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
• 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt

• 1/8 tsp. onion salt
• 1/8 tsp. garlic salt

Directions:

In a shallow bowl, whisk together egg and milk. In another bowl combine cereal, flour, cornmeal, and seasonings. Dip fish into egg batter, then coat with cereal mixture. Fry.
