Lemon Salad

This is a cool dessert to enjoy in warm weather.

Ingredients:

• 1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon gelatin
• 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
• 1 (16-20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice

• 1 cup miniature marshmallows
• 2 cups whipped topping
• 1/4 tsp. lemon flavoring
• 1/4 tsp. pineapple flavoring

Directions:

Prepare gelatin as directed. Let chill until it is syrupy. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Refrigerate until set.
