How do I remove baby oil stains from a painted wall?

Removing Oil Stain on Painted Wall

You must clean the wall, then paint over the stain with a product called Kilz. It comes as paint or a spray. You can get it at Sherwin Williams stores. Then repaint the wall. If the wall is recently painted, and you still have the original paint you may be able to just do the spot. Good luck.

Before you paint, you might want to try a product called TSP that you can find in any hardware or home improvement store. While Kilz might do the job, it is not the best primer. Zinser makes a much better product. Ask at any hardware store and they will tell you that. I would try the cheaper alternative first, the TSP. (10/29/2009)
