There is a website that sells items for "inchie" artwork including page protectors and binders.
Search for "inchie Inkling" and see a great website, too.

Janet: keep your eyes peeled for the sleeves used by stamp collectors. I bought a boat load at a local flea market for a buck. They're just perfect for those tiny master pieces.

You can purchase cheap dollar store album refills and insert a sheet of card stock and sew the size you need to make your own. I just watched on you tube someone make a clutch purse out of the same materials.

At your local drugstore, they have a variety of sizes available, small zip bags for medication sorting. Check by the pharmacy section, where they have containers for daily/weekly med sortings.

I think 2x2 inch is the smallest here. I also have ordered them from sewing/craft catalogs. Not too pricey, either.
