Paint Color to Coordinate With Brown and Bluish Grey Comforter?

I have a comforter that is dark brown with circles on it. The circles are a bluish grey color. The circles don't stand out unless you are focusing on the circles themselves. I wanted to use brown leopard in the adjoining bathroom. Will this match? If so, what color accent do I use?

You can get free paint swatches at most paint stores, including places like Home Depot, so just get a few that look similar to the 'circle' colors, bring them home and choose the color swatch that matches the closest to color in the circles. Doing that would pull all the colors together very nicely. As for the bathroom, well, you can simply use the same color paint on the walls as the bedroom or choose a completely different color. There's no rule that says you have to match one room to another that is only separated by a door and is not an open space.
