Try www.makingcosmetics.com. On the left side of the page, click on "Free Recipes". Good luck!

Do you know that the major cosmetic manufacturers are now coming out with mineral makerup, too? It's at the drug store...

Yes, I'm aware that manufacturers are now making their own mineral makeup but if you search for ingredients to make it yourself, my stars, you could provide enough for your entire family for like $50! It's insane how inexpensive the ingredients are ... MY problem is the "recipes"!

And, I just went to MakingCosmetics.Com and easily located the recipe you mentioned, Justine. It looks very easy, and I thank you! But I'm still looking for other recipes as well so if anyone else has any ideas please please sing out!

Hugs to all,
Thumper~

if you need a recipe try this. 17 grams of serecite mica, 7 grams of titanium dioxide, 4 grams of zinc and mix well in a coffee grinder. THen to that add your color grind. For a warm color grind try 4 grams of yellow oxide and 2 grams of red oxide and 1 gram of ultra marine blue and mix in a coffee grinder well.

Now take 10 grams of you white powder mixture and to it add 2 grams of your color grind and mix well in a coffee grinder. IF you need it darker them add more grind. IF you need more info just email me. KIM GRANGER

I want to start my own line. Do you think that is crazy? There are so many out there already, all basically the same. Why do I think mine would stand out? What is everyone's opinion. I'd like to hear them all, painful as they may be! Annie
