Just put it in containers and freeze! Thaw in fridge and reheat slowly and gently. It may separate some during these processes but no worry, just whisk the heck out of it as it is warming. It will blend back together. Mmm bet its good with a dollop of sour cream! good luck

Thanks for the reply. I was worried about the possibility of the soup separating, good to know it will go back together with enough whisking.Turns out the soup was so good we didn't get the chance to try freezing it and yes it is good w/ a dollop of sour cream.
