Repairing Scratches on Black Shoe Heels?

Help please. I bought a pair of clogs with, what I thought were black wooden heels. There are white scuff marks on the heels; looking closely, they may be white plastic painted black. What can I use to touch up the white spots? I've tried a black felt tip pen which works, but is shiny. Thank you.

There is a spray paint for plastic I think it is made by Kraylon. Find a flat black and carefully, lightly go over the heels.

Try black acrylic craft paint. It would be easier to apply that the spray paint for plastic. It might not last as long, but it's really cheap. You can apply as often as necessary.

Have you tried black shoe polish? Good luck.
