Recipe Ideas for French Toast Sticks?

I discovered a rather large box of opened French Toast Sticks in my freezer.. Now that they are past their prime, I figure my kids will snub them. Anyone have any ideas for using these in recipes to make them a little more palatable?

If all else fails you could include them in a bread pudding recipe.

Put them in a baking pan and pour and egg and milk french toast batter over them. Bake them till the liquid is gone and it is all puffy and brown. Serve as you would any french toast, syrup, fruit or whatever you like

Serve with ice cream and/or with warm pie filling.

And if nothing else, you can feed them to the birds.
Taste test them first your self, there may be a good reason the kids don't want them.Freezer burn or that yucky freezer taste is the worst.

Layer French toast sticks in the bottom of a glass baking dish. Layer ham, turkey and swiss cheese on top. Bake 375 for 15-20 min. Slice and serve as mini monte cristo bites!

( To make cutting and serving easier, you can top with one more layer of french toast sticks) Serve with sour cream and raspberry jelly...enjoy
