Listen to Dave Ramsey, and take his advice. Save as much as you can; Invest, but only in something decent. Never try to live beyond your means or try to impress someone.

Amen, Lynn! Dave Ramsey is my hero! I'm using his strategies for attacking our debt and it's working! There's nothing better than having control over your dollars rather than your dollars controlling you! Keep up the good advice!

Excellent advice! I've never tried to "keep up with the Joneses." The things I have are because either they're truly necessary, or I truly enjoy them.
Dave Ramsey has saved our lives. Especially our retirement. We would have been working well into our retirement and/or eating dog food.
You should list the baby steps to give people that are unfamiliar with the program an idea about it.
I love Dave Ramsey. His ministry has been such a huge blessing in our lives! Thank you for spreading the word.
