Any ideas for a party for someone that is receiving their Master in Fine Arts? I would appreciate ideas for a theme and decorations.

Master in Fine Arts would bring to mind the famous artists of all time. One of my brothers has a M.F.A. and is an artist. If this person is an artist, then a theme built around famous artists (Van Gogh, etc) would be great. Hope this helps.
It would help if you were more specific as to the kind of professional field the grad will be entering, (art? dance? etc), then I could get some ideas for you. ;D.
