Repairing the Starter for a Briggs and Stratton Engine?

The teeth on my starter for my Briggs and Stratton engine keep getting stuck in the teeth on the engine flywheel. What can I do?

It sounds like the starter needs to be removed and over hauled, The front bushing is worn and causing it to bind and is getting stuck
