Berry Trifle

Ingredients:

• 1 angel food cake
• 1 large package red Jello
• 1 large container Cool Whip
• 1 (2 lb.) package frozen mixed berries
• 1 qt. fresh strawberries, sliced

• 4 kiwis

Directions:

Bake angel food cake according to package directions or purchase a prepared one. Make Jello as directed and put in fridge an hour before assembly. In a clear, tall glass bowl layer ingredients starting with broken up pieces of cake, Jello, berries (mixed together), and Cool Whip. Repeat until just before last layer, place slices of kiwi around the sides so they show. End with cool whip and lay remaining slices of kiwi on top.
