Empress Tree Didn't Come Back This Spring?

My empress tree didn't come back this year. It was new, I got it last year.

Contact the company, I had one and it grew 20 feet in two years, they love water and don't plant in very hard soil treat them more like if you were planting a pot of mums, the soil a little loose to get them started, we moved away 4 years ago from that home, but I've got seeds from my tree and sprouted some last year but I didn't tend to them and lost them I'm gonna give it a go again soon to see if the seeds a still viable
