I am making a recipe that calls for 1 box of Jiffy biscuit mix, but I couldn't find it at the store. I do have Bisquick. What is the equivalency?

Yes Bisquik and Jiffy baking mix are the same type of product. Jiffy is generally cheaper. Both are all purpose baking mix to make biscuits, pie crusts, muffins, etc
A box of Jiffy Biscuit Mix (not Jiffy Baking mix) is 8 oz by weight or 2 cups by measure. Bisquick is basically flour, oil, leavening, sugar, salt. Jiffy Biscuit Mix is flour, shortening, leavening, sugar, salt and buttermilk. So the final product with the swap might possibly have a slightly different taste or texture since Jiffy has shortening/lard and also the buttermilk.
Jiffy tastes much better than Bisquick. Everything I make including cookies, muffins etc tastes doughy with Bisquick.
Can I make biscuits out of Jiffy baking mix
Absolutely. There are recipes on the box for biscuits and other breads, pancakes, and dumplings Etc.
