Colored Cornbread

Ingredients:

• 2 corn muffin mixes (DO NOT prepare as box directs)
• 1 egg
• 1 can creamed corn
• 1 small, finely chopped red bell pepper
• 1 small can diced green chillies, drained

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and place in a lightly greased 13x9 inch pan. Bake as directed on Jiffy mix box. It may need 5-10 minutes more, depending on oven. It will be flavorful and moist and a great addition to any meal.
