You can do a google search for the manual on your rotisserie. That's what I did.

I have a sunbeam rotisserie and your suppose to cook it 18 to 22 minutes per pound.

Cooking Chicken in George Foreman Rotisserie

A completely thawed 3 1/2 lb. chicken = 90 minutes. Add about 15 minutes if it isn't completely thawed. I love my George Foreman rotisserie and use it all the time. (07/31/2009)
