Remedy for Acne?

I eat pretty healthily with really no sugar and drink a ton of water. However, I seem to get very tiny bumps on my forehead that all have little white things in them. Granted if there was only one or two it wouldn't bother me too much, but there's always about 5 or more and they drive me nuts!

I was on Accutane before which helped, but now I'm looking for another cure. Has anyone else had a similar experience and recommend anything? I'm sick of dealing with acne, no matter how little bit or small.

I have found that Dr. Bronner's Lavender Castile Liquid Soap does the trick for me, but I have been fortunate enough to not suffer from serious acne.

Good luck, hope you find a solution soon!

I also had a similar problem. But now I have no pimples or acne and also my face is clear and bright. The long term use of Facedoctor rejuvenating soap and beauty cream helped me to cure all my skin problems.

I have had cystic acne for 20 years. Accutane did make a difference for my skin but left me physically and psychologically in a mess and after my 3rd pregnancy the acne returned with avengance. At the moment I am using Rasul Clay as a night time mask and thusday plantaion tea tree face wash and acne gel through the day.

I have been using this for only 2 1/2 weeks but my skin is better than it has been for ages. Good luck with your anti-acne journey I hope you find what works for you.

Serrapeptase. It will take a while but is effective.

Okay, I could be way off base here as every case of acne is as different as clusters of pebbles on the beach but the fact that it is only on your forehead struck my curiosity. Do you have a hairstyle that includes bangs? Yes or no, do you use hair products around your forehead (sprays that mist or gels that may drip with natural perspiration) on a regular basis? If you answer yes to either of these questions, maybe it's the hair or hair products that are causing the breakouts.

I had acne in my teens and twenties, too. I've outgrown most, but still have occasional breakouts, but today, most are caused by trying new hair and skin products. Hair spray, accidentally landing on my forehead, (as I finally figured out) was a true culprit of forehead breakouts in my case.

Just some food for thought. I wish you well in finding the source of this problem. Good luck!

I have been using tea tree oil on my face every other night after washing and exfoliate once a week and my complexion has never looked better! The tea tree oil smells a bit strong but it works! You can also use it for a lot of other things as well so its worth the investment .

Go on Amazon.com and look for professional-strength chemical peels. Get the one that says 70% glycolic acid. I know it sounds like a lot, but it isn't; take it from someone who uses 100% trichloroacetic acid to remove scar tissue from burn victims and tattoos from sensitive areas of skin.

Get the glycolic or the Jessner's if you must, and try a thin layer at a time. It truly doesn't burn, only stings a bit, but if you use a cotton swab it will only dissolve the skin of the acne.
