Alltel Free Phone Promotion?

Does anyone know about a promotion that Alltel has for a free phone, no deposit regardless of bad credit? I have a teenager that I need to keep up with.

I don't know about this phone but would recommend the STi phone available at Staples. It usually has a 100% rebate (don't buy if it doesn't) and costs 10 cents a day plus 10-12 cents per minute depending on time/day. I use mine for emergencies, to let people know I'm waiting for them, that sort of thing, and it costs me about $6 a month. All my family has them now. You can buy extra minutes at cheapphonecards.com, get them instantly, pay no tax and a 3% discount. You'll have to make some rules for your daughter so she doesn't use any cell phone for regular conversations.
