Cajun Fried Salmon

Rinse salmon and sprinkle cajun or creole seasoning on both sides. Brown both sides of salmon in a frying pan with butter, reduce heat, cover and continue to cook for a few more minutes depending on the thickness of your salmon. Salmon will be slightly crunchy on the outside and tender and flaky on the inside.

When you are cooking your salmon and you think it should probably cook for a few more minutes, take it out of the pan. It will continue to cook for a few minutes after it is removed from the heat.
