Easy and yummy casserole dish!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
  • 1 sm. onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 cup raw rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 can water or 1 can peas with liquid

Directions:

Brown the hamburger with chopped onion. Mix the 2 soups, rice and can of peas with liquid; add to the hamburger. Mix. Bake in a greased, covered casserole for 2 1/2 hours at 350. Stir occasionally. If you think it is getting too dry, add a little more liquid. Water is ok. Some brands or rice require a little more liquid than others. Serves 4-6.
