House Paint on Velour Pants?

How do you get paint stains out of Velour pants? It is the kind of paint that you use to paint a house. I have used color safe bleach and all kinds of other laundry powders, and even used a toothbrush, but it left a small spot that looks like it has been rubbed like a small chunk of material is gone. Can anyone tell me how to get it out that wouldn't ruin the material?

Maybe you have worn down the nap of the velour with all your scrubbing- in which case there isn't much you can do except to put an applique/decorative patch on it. I had a friend you used fabric paints to cover up flaws in clothing - maybe you could do that...

Yeah, it sounds like you wore off the nap. If that is the case, you cannot fix it. In the future, if it is water based, you need to wash it asap. Oil based may be easier to deal with. Often times mineral spirits can take it out.

You need to test it first so you don't totally ruin it if takes the color out. In my experience, it never has but you never know. Once the paint dries, there is not much hope unless it scratches off. If it penetrates the fabric it is doubtful you can restore it. Sorry!
