Applesauce Nut Bread

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup shortening
• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp. cloves
• 1/4 tsp. allspice

• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
• 1 cup seedless raisins
• 1 cup nuts

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and bake 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees F.
