Butter Rum Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 1-11oz butterscotch chips
  • 1 can vanilla frosting
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. rum extract

Directions:

Line an 8-inch square baking dish with foil and spray with non-stick spray. In saucepan melt butterscotch chips and stir in vanilla frosting. Stir in nutmeg and rum extract. Mix well, then spread into foil lined pan. Refrigerate until firm, then cut into pieces. No candy thermometer and no marshmallows to melt!

Sounds delicious!! I can't wait to get some butterscotch chips, as the other ingredients are staples in my pantry. I've finally figured out what I'm taking to a New Year's Eve party we've been invited to!
