Egg Nog Icing

Ingredients:

- 2 Egg Yolks
- 1/2 Cup Confectioners' Sugar (sifted)
- 1 T. Rum Flavoring or Extract
- 1/2 Cup Whipping Cream
- Freshly Grated Nutmeg

Directions:

With an electric mixer, beat the egg yolks at medium speed till thick & lemony colored. Beat in pre-sifted confectioners sugar & rum extract. In a chilled bowl, beat the whipping cream till stiff. Fold into egg mixture. Serve on any cake you're serving for the Christmas Holidays, topped with the fresh grated nutmeg.

It is unsafe to eat things containing raw eggs due to the risk of salmonella. Especially at risk are young children and elderly. Salmonella would be an awful holiday gift to give someone.
