Freezing Meatballs

To freeze meatballs, place them on a cookie sheet until frozen. Place in plastic bags. They will stay separated so that you may remove as many as you want.

I do the same thing with hamburgers. I use my tupperware hamburger press to make the same sized patties, place on any flat surface (tupperware lids work great) and put in the freezer for a few hours or overnight. The next day, pop them off the lid and into a ziplock bag and I can just take out as many as I want at a time and the burgers stay separated without any trouble.
