Window washing. Everyone hates it. It's easy if you have $35.00 worth of equipment.

You could always sign up for ChaCha as a guide and use Swagbucks for your searches to earn gifts/giftcards.

Put your ad in the local paper to help Christmas shop, grocery shop, dry cleaning, etc.; there are working people who need extra help during the holidays and elderly folks who need help carrying the stuff. Good Luck, you should also have fun doing it!

Sell on ebay, yard sale, sell blood, babysit, work part time at the mall, they hire Christmas help plus you get a discount, sell any kind of book on Amazon.com, babysit, call a temp agency.

What are your talents? Aluminum cans are worth a lot right now, or if you can write the local papers are probably begging for extra help for the holidays and you can still be your own boss. Are you tied down with toddlers? Do you already have a job where you could ask for extra hours? The list is really endless. Just screw up your courage and go for it.

You might consider a home based business like Tupperware, candle parties, the home interior / home products parties. If you have a large email network you can send emails with specials and links to your website.

Nowadays a lot of people have catalog parties, they share the catalogs and collect orders. People have online parties, you start out at 25% profit and increase from there. Tupperware has a new tea line, the 2nd most popular beverage, so an easy party is a tea and scone mix (by Tupperware). You usually (like with Tupperware) recoup your initial investment at your first open house party.

People save by buying quality products with a lifetime guarantee. If you need more info on it, you can contact me from my site : www.my.tupperware.com/nickib

Do you have six months to one year savings in the bank? If not forget extra money for the "holidays" and take care of your needs in these economic times. If the money is to buy your kids presents, yes by all means. If it is for other adults, NO! give them a certificate for a homemade meal and a car wash at your home. They will love it and you can spend time together. If you do not have enough when the holidays arrive, you do not have enough.

I am a stay at home mom and I have made mula sitting during Holiday school break. A deposit, non refundable, up front to reserve your slot of time could fund some present for little ones. We also set a limit of 125.oo per kid plus stocking stuffers. Best wishes and God did not come to earth to have you celebrate by working harder or going into debt.
