Apple Washington

Tasty and very easy if canned apples are used.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • Advertisement

  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 5 cups sliced pared apples (about 5 medium or 2 16 oz. canned apples)

Directions:

Heat oven to 375 degrees F

Mix all ingredients except apples; set aside. Place apples in ungreased square pan, 9x9x2 inches. Sprinkle sugar mixture over apples.

Bake 30 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm.

Servings: 6
Time: 30 Minutes Cooking Time
