Open Face Peach Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • pinch salt
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • ripe peaches
  • 1 unbaked pie shell (9 inch)

Directions

Prepare pie crust. Fill with peeled and sliced peaches. Mix other ingredients. Pour over peaches in shell. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees F and then lower oven to 350 degrees F until done. Watch closely!

This sounds really yummy. We do something similar with any fruit - crustada, but no eggs - bet the eggs make it taste more like cobbler. We also use a pie pan to keep the crust from falling down. Definitely have to try this one, thanks!

Hi, sounds great and simple to make. Always love fruit pie,cobbler,and crisp recipies.. How ever, how long at 350?
I would guessimate maybe 15min to 30min at 350. Just want to make sure .
