Check with the company that sold you the couch -- or the company that made the couch.

You can also contact your local upholsterer and ask them.

Is the strap part of the exterior of the sofa or is it the stapping that is found on some sofas that the cushions rest on? If it is the latter, webbing can be purchased at a fabric store to replace the one that came undone. Remove the whole old piece and take it with you for size and width. Get a little longer and double over the ends a little. Remove old staples and bits of old strap. Staple new one in the same place, weaving it over and under if that is how the strapping is on the sofa.

Try not to staple in exactly the same place as the old staples as it is probably weakened there. Again, use a staple gun and the correct length staples to attach. Depending on the level of use of the sofa, you could even use upholstery tacks to hold the new or replaced strap. But if the strap is still in good shape, not fayed or anything, beg, borrow or rent a heavy duty staplegun and just staple it back on
