You don't give many details, so this is a shot in the dark. Maybe it will be what you need. We make yogurt in a homemade thermal container. It is a styrofoam cooler lined with old rags. We put the warm milk and starter inside the cooler packing rags around everything.
Many years ago while in school in U.K. I learned about hay boxes. A hot container put into a box stuffed with hay would continue to cook and stay hot overnight.
Perhaps you could adapt this idea to what ever size you need?
