I've had the best results just dabbing the bleached spot with a black Sharpie permanent marker.
I've used the permanent marker also. It works.

Yes, black magic marker. No dyeing, it is too "iffy".
I agree with both, dyeing is too 'iffy' and a sharpie is likely your best bet. The reason why? Here is a little fabric chemistry: once you bleach something, its chemical composition changes permanently as such that it will no longer hold dye particles.
Try the sharpie when the dress is damp. It will help the ink go the smooth.
