Hominy Casserole

• 1 can yellow hominy-drained
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• little chopped onion
• 2 Tbsp. red pimento

Directions

Mix together in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees F until heated through, about 30 minutes. Even if you do not care for hominy, you will like this.
