Clean Windows with Pinesol and Rags

Save on window cleaners and paper towels. Mix Pinesol (or any nonabrasive cleaner) in a bucket of water and use a rag to wash your window and another rag to wipe it clean. Works great!

Don't use Pinesol if you have cats, it can make them very sick and even be fatal.

I use a squeegee with a long handle on outside windows. It is far easier than rags. It is the method used by businesses to keep their picture windows sparkling. I am going to try a smaller one on the inside windows, as I want to control drips more efficiently than is necessary outside.

I use Dawn or Mr. Clean in the water.
