Peach Pudding Dessert

Ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/2 cup milk
• 3 Tbsp. corn oil
• 1 can sliced peaches, drained (16oz.)

• 1 cup packed light brown sugar
• 1/4 cup chopped nuts
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 cup boiling water

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in bowl. Add milk and oil; beat until smooth. Pour into ungreased 8x8 inch baking pan. Arrange peaches on top. Mix brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon in bowl. Sprinkle over peaches. Pour boiling water over top. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Garnish with whipped topping.
