Make Bread in Tupperware Cake Container

Bronze Post Medal for All Time! 181 Posts

When you make any yeast risen dough, do it from start to finish in an upside-down Tupperware-style cake keeper. Tilt it to one side to combine the warm water, yeast, and sugar and then add the remaining ingredients. Knead the dough in the container and cover it loosely with the lid (which is actually the bottom) while the dough rises. No mess and less clean-up.
