Making Lasagna For 175 People?

I am making lasagna for 150-175 people. I am using 16 1/8 X 11 3/4 X 2 7/8 inch pans. Do you know how many I need to make?

Thanks.

If your pan is roughly 16 X 12, you're going to get twelve 4" squares out each pan, right? A 4" square sounds about right for a serving. So 175 divided by 12 = 14.5 pans. Sounds like about 15 pans to me! Good luck with that!

How many servings do you get from one recipe? Then just divide that into 175. Your pans seem quite large, so perhaps no more than 4 pans should do it depending on how large you cut the lasagna and also depending on what you're serving with it.
