Easy Sweet Potatoes

Just drain most of the liquid from your can of yams or sweet potatoes. Dot with butter and sprinkle on a bit of cinnamon and brown sugar. Cover with foil and set in the oven with your bird for the last 30 minutes (at 350 degrees F) or 45 minutes (at 325 degrees F.)

In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise with paprika and seasoned salt. Blend in dried cranberries, celery, bell pepper, onion, and nuts. Add chopped chicken, and mix well.

Corn Bread Dressing

Crumble cornbread fine and combine with rice. Add chili powder and salt to taste. Saute' onions and celery in a stick of butter or margarine, adding parsley as it cooks a little.
