Put Cornmeal on Carpet Stains

If you spill coffee or tea on carpet or upholstery, immediately sprinkle corn meal on the spot, making it twice as large as the original stain. Do NOT vacuum up the corn meal until the next day when the spot has totally dried. You will have NO stain remaining.
