Use Orange Hand Cleaner to Clean Vinyl
AutoZone sells a hand cleaner called Permatex Fast Orange Hand Cleaner that also cleans Vinyl. It makes the Vinyl look like new no matter how dirty it is. My grandson called me and said he had discovered this while he was cleaning his boat.
Cleaning With Hydrogen Peroxide
My best cleaning tip is hydrogen peroxide. I put it in a spray bottle and clean everything in my bathroom from sinks to toilets, chrome, and mirrors. It also sanitizes and kills germs. It is a real time saver for me, I just spray and wipe.

The Best Cleaner for Soap Scum
When cleaning soap scum from a porcelain bathtub, I sprayed 409 and then went over it lightly with Scotch-Brite stainless steel scrubbing pads. Not sure how long the scum was there from previous owner, but it came off and didn't harm the finish on bathtub.
Use Scrubbing Bubbles For Hard Water Spots
My husband read so many solutions on removing hard water spots on windows, but nothing ever worked for him. The windshield on our motor home was so stained from the water that would run down it, that we tried everything on the market just like so many others.
I buy bath mitts in the bath section at the grocers and they are wonderful. They are rough and designed to remove dead skin on the body, but I realized they could be used in other ways so I purchased two more pairs. Now I wash dishes with a pair of those gloves on.

Scrubbing Bubbles As A Spot Rug Cleaner
For those of us that have pets, especially cats, I have found that a can of Scrubbing Bubbles is the best thing you can have in your cleaning arsenal. Spray the area with the Scrubbing Bubbles and scrub the area with a old towel.
Using Hand Sanitizer For Sticky Residue
You know how you peel off a sticker and it leaves behind the sticky glue? I used Bath and Body Works hand sanitizer and it works great. I put some on and spread it evenly through- out the surface then let it sit for 20-30 minutes.
I absolutely love foaming soap for the bathroom. My husband loves it too. I discovered that the foam is caused by the dispenser. So I reuse the dispenser by putting something like Dawn liquid in it and add some water to it.

Product Review: Kaboom Bathroom Cleaner
Kaboom Bathroom is wonderful for the bathroom. It takes off the grime and dirt without hurting the finish of the basin, tub or tiles. Just spray and allow to sit for 5 minutes and spray your tub and tile and, voila! it is clean as a whistle.
Use shaving cream to clean furniture, carpets, rugs (not delicates that will easily fall apart) instead of having to pay to get it cleaned or buy new ones. Stains come out and it smells good too (not for deep stains).
Use The Other Side Of Swiffer Pads
When I use the disposable Swiffer type cleaning cloths, I flip them over to use the clean side before tossing them in the trash. This works well with the dry dust mop cloths. It doubles the use of each cloth.

When you have only one or two pans to scrub, try cutting a scouring pad in half. Not only will you save money by using only half the pad but you will be sharpening your scissors as well when you use them to cut the pad!
I have been a long time user of Dr. Bonner's castile soaps. It comes in bars or liquid form. I love this stuff. We use it for bathing, washing hair, laundry, dishes, household cleaning, and washing the car.
