After removing the rust with naval jelly and/or light sanding, repaint with Rustoleum to keep the rust from coming back.

How Do Remove Rust from Bike Wheels and Handlebars?

What can I do to remove some rust from tires and handlebars on my bicycle? I know there is a product called Zud, but thought someone might could give me some pointers on knocking it out fairly quickly.
