Bake until golden brown, about 8 minutes, remove from oven and press down the centers of the squares with the back of a small spoon to make an indentation.
Spoon 1/2 teaspoon each of first the cheese and then the jalapenos onto each square, bake until the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes, place squares on a wire rack and let cool for 10 minutes.
Top each with the blue cheese dressing before serving.

Roast jalapeno on a grill or in an ungreased skillet over medium high heat, turning until blackened on all sides, about 5 to10 minutes, and place in a small plastic baggie until cooled. Remove the seeds after cooled if you prefer less heat flavor.
Place tomatoes, jalapeno, and garlic in a blender or food processor and pulse until chunky. Season with salt to taste keeping in mind the amount of sodium already in the canned tomatoes and add cilantro if desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 4 days or even freeze for up to 3 months.

Boil water and make Jello as stated on package.
While you're waiting for the Jello to cool (important or you'll get a soggy crust), wash strawberries.
When Jello is sufficiently cool, cut bananas into bite size pieces. Put in the graham cracker crust. Cut strawberries and put on top of bananas.
Pour cooled Jello over mixture almost to top. Cool in refrigerator until Jello has jelled.
Top with Cool Whip and eat.
