This juice is a thirst-quenching concoction and contains lots of vitamin C and A to help your body recover if you smoke or drink. It gives a recovery time of about 30 minutes.
Ingredients
(200 g) carrots
1 eating apple
(1 cm) ginger
ice cubes
Directions
Mix together in juicer or blender all the ingredients, except ice cubes. Pour in a glass and serve with ice cubes.

I have lost a recipe for Hangover cake. It is made with a yellow or white cake mix and Mandarin oranges. I believe that it also has pineapple in it. Thanks in advance.
The best way to avoid a hangover is either don't drink or before you go out to party eat about 3 cheese sandwiches (on white bread only) add nothing to it and yeah it's boring but the bread and cheese will raise your sugar levels because white bread is a starch and it turns into sugar which raises your blood sugar and you will be able to handle the drinks little bit better and of course be responsible and don't drink and drive.
