I love my landlord, but he is too thrifty. For just $80.00, he could have stopped up the vent holes in the units the right way. Instead, he had the maintenance man stuff them with wadded newspaper.
Enclosing a Propane Water Heater
Could we close in a propane water heater or does it need to be vented? We want to use the workroom as a bedroom and weren't sure what we should do with it. Thanks.
I buy the blue fiberglass air conditioner vent filters. They usual come 4 in a pack for about $2.00. Instead of changing them and throwing them away every 4 months, I vacuum them, reuse them and they are as good as new.
