Never miss an important date again. At the beginning of each year when the new calendars come out, I get two; one for my husband and one for myself. We each copy birthdays and other important recurring dates to our calendars.

Write Expiration Dates On Your Calendar

When you sign up for a special telephone or cable deal, it can be difficult to remember when your deal is about to run out before you get stuck with a much larger bill. In order to avoid this, try putting a sticky note reminder on your calendar the month before the deal is set to expire.

Place Reminder Sticky Notes on Your Steering Wheel

Plastic Lids Work as Small Dry Eraser Boards

Margarine or butter container lids make great dry erase boards. You can use washable markers on them or dry erase markers on them. I cut the rim off of the top of the margarine container lid, made a hole with an icepick and then put a twistie tie through the hole.
