After kids parties, there are inevitably left over themed plates, napkins, cups, and decorations. I saved these all together, then one rainy day we had an impromptu birthday party. My kids were bored, so I reminded them it was one of their dolls birthday!
When my son turned 5, he wanted to have a moon party. So we found all the sheets and blanket in the house, turned our furniture in the living room upside down and transformed the living room into the moon! There were caves, and tunnels, and lots of of laughs and fun.

This is a photo of a Goodie Bag I created for my son's Chuck E. Cheese Birthday Party in May. I was going to go the normal route and buy those cheesy little plastic goodie bags but with all the items I wanted to give the kids, I thought they were too small and easily punctured.
Have all the girls sleep in a tent and put out a fire pit or a smokey Joe. Cook hot dogs and hamburgers over the fire and roast marshmallows and have s'mores. Give each girl a s'more kit to take home.
