Freezing Bacon Strips

If you want to freeze bacon without it sticking together in a clump, roll each piece from one end to the other like a jellyroll. Place each rolled piece, side by side, and lay flat in ziplock bag in freezer. When you need bacon, take out the number of pieces needed, and thaw them in the microwave.
