Cream Cheese Frosting

This frosting is perfect for those who like a rich creamy topping that is not overly sweet.

Ingredients:

8 oz. package of softened cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups powdered sugar
1 softened stick of butter (1/2 cup)

Butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese and vanilla for making frosting.

Directions:

Place softened butter and cream cheese in a bowl.

A cube of butter and package of cream cheese in a mixing bowl.

Add vanilla.

Adding vanilla extract to creamed butter mixture.

Slowly mix in powdered sugar.

Adding powdered sugar to butter mixture.

Use immediately or over and store in refrigerator until ready to use.
