Easy Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge

Fudge lovers, here is a very nice recipe. In heavy saucepan, melt peanut butter chips and 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter with 1 cup sweetened condensed milk. Remove from heat; stir in peanuts.

Whipped Fudge

Take a cube of butter and run it around the inside rim of the Dutch oven, about 1/2 way up the side. This keeps the mixture from boiling over and also incorporates all of the sugar crystals, no grainy gritty stuff when you are done cooking.

Recipe for Never-Fail Fudge. Melt butter in heavy 2 qt. saucepan; stir in milk and sugar. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture reaches the medium soft ball stage (238 degrees F on candy thermometer).
