Make the macaroni and cheese using the instructions on the box. While the noddle are cooking/boiling, add the the chopped onion so it will cook with the noodles. After the macaroni and cheese is made, add the tuna and the can of peas. Mix well and pour into a baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheddar on it. Bake for 20 minutes on 250 degrees F.

Combine Bisquick and water to make a soft dough. Pat down in greased 9x13 inch pan pressing dough 1/2 inch up the side of pan. Combine all the hamburger, onion, salt and pepper and dash of chili pepper in a skillet and cook until done. Drain and spread over dough mixture.
Mix together cheddar cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Spread over hamburger mixture. Bake 25-30 minutes in 350 degree F oven until edges of dough are light brown.

In a large skillet over med. heat, cook the beef, sausage and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain. In a food processor or with a potato masher, blend beans till chunky/smooth. Add the beans and burrito seasoning to the meat mixture, heat through. May need to add 1/2 cup water.
Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour until smooth: gradually add the water, bring to a boil. Cook and stir for a minute til thickened, add tomatoes, chiles and seasonings, bring to boil, simmer 10 minutes.
Spread 1/4 cup sauce in a greased 13x9 inch casserole dish. Spread 1 Tbsp. sauce over each tortillas, place about 2/3 cup meat mixture down the center of each. Top each with 1/4 cup cheese, roll up and place seam side down in prepared dish. Repeat with the rest. Pour remaining sauce over the top, sprinkle with remaining sauce.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 18-22 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted. Serve with toppings, as desired.

Grease 9x13 pan. Line with crescent rolls. Brown ground beef, add water required for 3/4 of the taco seasoning and sour cream. Simmer until liquid is absorbed. Put 1/2 bag of Doritos (crushed) on crescent rolls. Add ground beef mixture, mozzarella cheese, then rest of Doritos. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes. Put lettuce, tomatoes and the cheddar cheese.

Brown beef and add sauce. Layer half of beef mixture into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with 1/2 of the chips; add rest of beef mixture over that. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-30 minutes. Take out of oven. Add remaining grated cheese. Bake for 5 more minutes. Top with lettuce and diced tomato.

Brown hamburger and drain. Add seasoning and add beans. In 9x13 inch pan, line bottom with crushed Doritos, top with hamburger mixture, and then top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F until cheese melts, about 5-10 minutes. Garnish with lettuce and tomatoes. You can also use sour cream and salsa.

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Ad cake pan works well. Cook rice in 3 cup water. Cook ground beef until browned; mix taco seasoning with meat. Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, onion and cheese. Put in layers; rice, pizza sauce, meat and top with sour cream mixture. Bake 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.

I used to make a dish in the crock pot that was a taco casserole. You leave the tortillas flat and layer them with the taco mixture and cheeses in between the tortillas. I have lost the recipe and wonder if anyone has one that is similar.

1 Tbsp. mild chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 cup salsa
1 cup sour cream (low-fat is okay)
1 cup cottage cheese (low-fat is okay)
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend (or 1 cup shredded cheddar and 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack)
2 cups tortilla chips
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef. Brown on all sides. Add chili powder, cumin, black pepper and salsa to the skillet. Cook several minutes to allow flavors to come together. Remove from heat.
In a small bowl, stir together the sour cream, cottage cheese and 1 cup of the shredded Mexican cheese. Scatter half of the tortilla chips over the bottom of the prepared pan. Top with the meat mixture, then the cottage cheese mixture.
Spread the remaining tortilla chips on top. Sprinkle with the remaining cup of shredded Mexican cheese. Top with fresh cilantro.

Line bottom of 9x13 inch dish with 2 cups of Doritos. Brown hamburger. Add sauce and seasoning mix. Spoon this over Doritos. Add chili bean layer. Bake at 375 degrees F for 25 minutes. Then sprinkle on remaining Doritos and the 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer.
